Origin Acoustics will be sending you a link to the “2019 CABO Recharge” App for your phone in the coming week.  This App will have all the pertinent details with reminders, maps, and additional travel details.

Arrivals:

Upon arrival to the Cabo San Lucas airport you will be greeted outside at the Fisherman Island Bar (Center Island at the airport exit) by an Origin Acoustics employee and Tropical Incentives Private Transportation agent.  Ignore all transportation and activities salespeople walking out the exit and proceed to center Fisherman Island Bar.  Hotel is approximately 40 minutes from the airport.

Arriving before Thursday?  Private transportation is arranged with Tropical Incentives for early arrivals.  A separate fee will be taken from any credits owed for this service.  You will not be required to pay up front to the transportation company. A separate email to be provided with transportation confirmation.

Departures:

Transportation from NOBU Hotel to the airport has been arranged for all guests.  The transportation company will pick up at hotel lobby 3 hours prior to the flight departure.

Departing after Sunday?  Private transportation is being arranged with Tropical Incentives.  A separate fee will be taken from any credits owed for this service.  You will not be required to pay up front to the transportation company. A separate email to be provided with Transportation confirmation.

What to Wear:

This event is all casual.  We will have our “farewell party” on Saturday evening and request that “white” be worn.

The weather in Cabo San Lucas is fairly tempered and will be Sunny and 70 degrees but will feel like 80 degrees during the day.  The UV Index is one of the highest in the world and so protecting your skin is important.  Evening temperatures will stay the same as day temperatures but feel like 70 degrees. 

Massage

Massages will be scheduled for you and your guest.  Massage times are determined by the Nobu Spa and will be given at check-in, unless you RSVP by using this link: Massage RSVP

Leaving the resort

If you would like to leave the resort our suggestion would be Saturday but plan on being back by 6:00 pm so you can take part in Farewell Dinner and Reception.  The round trip fare to Downtown Cabo/Marina is approximately $80.00.

7:30pm – 9:30pm – Welcome reception on Lanai (Dress: Casual dress / Outside)

Friday

8:00am – 12:00pm – Free time / Scheduled Massages

12:00pm – 2:00pm – Lunch and special activity on site for all OA Guests (Dress: Casual workout/ Inside & Outside)

2:00 – 4:50pm – Free Time

4:50 – 5:30pm – Transportation to Marina for Sunset Cruise and Dinner (Dress: Casual)

5:30pm – 8:00pm – Sunset Cruise to the Arch and Dinner

8:00pm- 10:00pm – Cabo Fun

10:00pm-10:30pm – Transportation back to hotel

Saturday

8:00am – 6:30pm – Spa treatments continue, on-site activities at resort (optional)

6:30pm – 8:30pm – Dinner at NOBU Restaurant on Lanai (Dress: Casual / ALL WHITE)

8:30pm- 10:30pm – Farewell Party

AM- Departures begin, Massages cont. for guest staying
